OMG I just noticed all these 1000's of typo's! Ohh well, they're just a part of my personality I guess...I never check my spelling...(liever lui dan moe), which reminds me of that spelling test...better get studying...No wait that would be a paradox, you can't study AND be lazy at the same time! Oh well, I guess I'll go sleep now. school can wait (right?   ) ( :p )

Typos, I didn't see any typos. But then again I don't know how to read..
Hey, the site looks great. I'm using ie5.0 at 1024x768 true color. Only thing I would say is to go ahead and increase the size of your skin pics a bit. They were hard for me to see any real detail. But maybe it's just me. The page downloaded real fast with the pics on it. I'd say about 30 to 45 seconds total. Thats damn good.
Like I said. Looks great..

Well, it's like this... a few months ago I registered ampburner.com at domainzero, and they didn't charge anything, xcept for the fact that you had to give them permission to spam you. So I registered an provided another false hotmail account, haven't heard from them since. But then a few months later when I was helping my little brother set up his own homepage, I remembered where to get a free .com redirection service...so I went back and found out that they had started charging money! so sorry folks...oh well, at least I'm not paying for it :D besides, if they decide to shut it down, I'' just register at cjb.net. those are nice adresses too
On another note, I updated the site again, posted different color versions of LP and a few skinning hints for newbies, fixed a few typos...btw anybody find the easteregg yet :D ?

I can't get through, man. No connection to server, error 404... different things.
I tried this morning, about 7:00 AM PST, and just now, 2:00 PM PST.
I hate being left out. "Yep, that's Cappy: a day late and a dollar short. Last one to be picked, yep." :(

Works everytime for me to, Say amp, didn't you do 3 versions of snipeamp?, oh and one bug for you, the liquid paradise screen where u have the four colour blobs for each version, u have the red one listed twice, if you click the grey blob it links to the red version.

thanks, amp.
The redirect seems to be working now, but I'm going to save the direct link just in case...
The site looks good. Bright, easy to follow, and quick enough to load on my 56K modem.
Couple of notes: the screen caps could be a bit larger, or have a link to a full size preview. The grey background behind your screencaps doesn't match the grey of the webpage.
Say, I didn't know you did Viet Amp! Well, see, you learn something new every day...

It doesn't? Yes it does. I'm not changing the sizr of the screencaps btw, they look fine to me, and I'm running 1280x1024
Oh, mr J, that's fixed.

Hey,
Your site is good looking, fast loading, and well layed out. I checked out some of your skins. (I tend to think that the sXquizit thing is a coincidence, but a neat one.) I especially like your blue sniper skin. The first real skin is always special, isn't that true.. You are quite talented -- keep it up.

No they don't :p
Maybe it's just the way my browser sets the colors (is that possible?) Here's what I get:
http://www.seanet.com/~jefield/graphics/ampcorner.bmp
The webpage background is an average 79 RGB, while the grey in the screencap is dithered, but averages 84 RGB.
I still like your site, though, and I would never argue with a Major Dude. :)
And thanks for the great link, Mr Jones. heh.

I get THIS
http://home.hetnet.nl/~fritsie123/image2.bmp
cappy gets THIS
http://www.seanet.com/~jefield/graphics/ampcorner.bmp
It seems the backrounds are the same, but When I load the page the background of the screencaps do not look dithered...just a little jpeg compression, but no dithering.
I don't know what's the deal here...ANY...ONE ?
Mr Jones

I get the following when using IE and Opera to view your page....
http://www.btinternet.com/~harveynj101/skins/amp.bmp
Not tried it with Nutscrape navigator so couldn't comment on that one

perhaps I should make the screencaps .gifs with transparent bg's?

Hmm. I wonder how it would turn out if they were gifs, pngs, or bmps. Something other than jpgs. The only thing I can figure is that the differing softwares and/or video cards are uncompressing the jpeg algorithm differently.
Or, you not try to match the two backgrounds at all. Nah, that'd be the sissy way out...
Actualy, I never meant it to be a big deal. 98% of the people on the web would never notice, I'm sure. :)

I just got my own domain and server too. It's just much better.
Well, this is a very be-lated congrats. But there you go.
It looks real good. With that design, and your skills, you should have a "Hire me" section. I bet you could get some money. And who doesn't like getting money for doing what they love doin?

Do you get to make your own custom error pages? (like 404 pages)
They're fun.

Sephiroticum.NET:
The domain:
$15 a year
(www.dotster.com)
(if you wanted URL forwarding, it's only $5 a year, with no adds)
The host server:
$20 a month
350 MB of space
(www.aplushosting.com)
Wow, cool...I'm a "major dude" now.
Hell yeah.

Cool site. Well, once stupid little me figured out that big "ampburner.com" on the intro page was a link. :o Only problem I can find: I'm not listed on the X-mas skin description. I listed everyone, look here: http://www.angelfire.com/mi/matthewpage/skinz
Dang, forgot how to do that embarassed smiley.
