I have installed all componets and they work 100% correct when reading audio from a MPEG file.

When I start the Windows encoder starts playing it gives me the following address msbd://195.57.62.150:2829. I enter this value into the WINAMP player and it connects. The Shoutcast server is not responding to the stream that is being sent to it.

Why is this?

I have check to see if the codec "Fraunchofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec (advanced)" and it is under another name. The name that Windows now installs the codec is "l3codeca.acm".

Could the WINAMP server ber looking for the specific name "Fraunchofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec (advanced)" to be placed into the list for the Audio Compression Codecs of the Multimedia Device list?
