shoutcast problem

I have searched through the forums for help. I had the classic problem of realplayer taking over, well I've fixed that, so now, my problem is all new.

Now whenever I try to tune-in a shoutcast station, winamp pops up, and flickers(scrolls through)the playlist, but that is all it does, 1.internet 2.temporary something and 3.something else, you get the idea.

If anyone can help, please do.

If you are uysing the latest re-incarnation of Realshite, then you are unlucky. It forcibly places stuff in the windows registry to stop winamp from taking Shoutcast playlists. This (IMHO) is totally and utterly illegal.
