Best plug-in for accelerated graphics?

Anyone out there have a suggestion for the best viualization plug-in's that take advantage of 3d graphics accelerators? I just installed an ATI Radeon and I want to see what it can do.

I don't have much experience with 3d vis but you can try tripex, it's really fast and uses 3d acceleration hardware<<<<<
