That's my problem:
SetDateSave saves file creation time instead of file modification time. The file modification time is the one I see in Windows Explorer, and that's the one I want to appear on my target system, not the file creation time!

Just saw this in v1.2:

- Made file date/time saving save the last modified time, not created time.
