I never would've thought I could actually post anything in that forum :)
Anyway, here's my question. I'm not a programmer at all and I don't know anything about scripting and stuff. However, I'd like to use NSIS to perform very simple tasks. For instance, I'd like to make an installer for a list of documents. The executable should be able to install a bunch of various documents to a specified directory and then, optionally, place shortcuts in the Start menu and/or the desktop. I guess this is a very basic thing to do but I can't.
So my question is : wouldn't it be possible to include some sort of Wizard in NSIS to help non-programmers like me do some basic stuff with NSIS. I know I can do this easily with Clickteam Install Maker but I'd like to use NSIS (for obvious reasons).
Any input is appreciated. :)
