WinCue v1.30 is now available for download at

http://www.wincue.org/

It's only 132k, and it's all free! :)

**************************************************************************

What's new in WinCue v1.30?
---------------------------
* New "File Info" dialog.
* Improved song info guessing.
Now also guesses album name and track number.
Still *very* experimental though..
* Added support for user defined display format in playlist.
i.e. "Artist - Title", or "Artist : Album - Title (Year)".
* Added support for Alt+Z, Alt+X, Alt+C, Alt+V and Alt+B which maps onto WinAMP's "Previous", "Play", "Pause", "Stop" and "Next" buttons.
* New feature: "Select from search matches only" in AutoCue setup.
Enabling this will make WinCue only select files from the displayed list of titles when cueing.
* Got rid of Windows buttons and Windows scrollbar in playlist.
* WinCue can now automatically eject MD or turn off MD recorder a specified number of seoncds after recording has completed.
This will write the MD's TOC and save the recording permanently.
* The "Command delay" setting for MiniDisc titling is now actually used.
* Redesigned "Options" dialog.
* Fixed a problem with titling MiniDiscs when illegal characters appeared in the title.
* Added support for changing fonts in playlist, title bar and search text field.
* Optimized HTML rendering. HTML files generated by WinCue are now smaller than before.
* Added windowshade button to the title bar.
* Numerous bugfixes and minor improvements.

**************************************************************************

http://www.wincue.org site news:

* New discussion board.
Go here to meet fellow WinCue users and discuss whatever you want.

* Do you feel that WinCue is worth paying for?
Check out the "Donations" section of the WinCue web site.

As always, feedback is apreciated.

IMHO it would be apropos to include some basic info about your program to help me, and maybe others of like feeble mind, get an idea of just what your program does (or will do, eventually) and why I can't live without it! Anything that helps me with Playlist Management stirs my interest but you gotta get the intro better to entice me to try it. I always figure that if somebody can explain it real good then there is a better chance that he/she can design it to work as promised. Just a thought! :D

I've recently downloadet this program, and I realy like it :).

Especially when I make mp3 of opera cd. You see, one act can consists of many tracks without any silence gap between each track. And when I make one mp3 file of each track, I usually get an annoing clik sound when I start to play a new track in WinAmp.

If I make only one mp3 file of an entire CD, I can use the cue program to program into this singel mp3 file where each singel track start. I can see the name of all the tracks that this simpel mp3 file consits in a new winamp window. The functionality is the same as in the original winamp program.

Thanks, Andy, for this info, but I'm afraid that it didn't clear it up for me. Me thinks that if they ever want to sell this program that they had better figure out how to promote it. I'll be studying it some more over the next few weeks and report back if I can figure out just what this puppy does. In the meantime, have a great weekend!:D
