Any audible difference between DFX 4.3 And 5?

Has anyone actually heard a difference between DFX version 4.3 and 5? I've compared the two and heard either no difference or a slight edge to 4.3 in the bass. But I've only had semi-decent Sony full size headphones and too small computer speakers to compare on. FXsound wants me to pony up another $9.99 for the upgrade after owning the software for about 2 months. I just want to know if it's worth it. At this point I don't think it is.

The only difference between the two as far as I can tell is you can skin the new version. If you want to skin DFX you'll have to get the upgrade, otherwise it is not nessesary.
