Won't run twice

I've got a K7-700 (first-gen) with 256mb of pc133 ram on an Asus K7V, running a nearly fresh install of win98se and DX8.0a. I've also got an AOpen TNT2 card with the latest detonator drivers. I'm running Milkdrop in 800x600x32.
Milkdrop (is MD the official acronym now?) will run once but winamp still flickers behind it, but that isn't my main problem. When i quit MD and then try to start it up again, it changes my resolution, but freezes up with a black screen. The only solution so far is a hard reboot.

I'll put a link up to a copy of m_debug.txt if necessary, but I'm kinda lazy.

I'm going to try getting the vendor-specific videocard drivers, but i don't know if that will help. I'll post something if it does, but otherwise, thanks in advance for any help.

Cool - I've been waiting for bugs like this - either it's pretty bug-free (doubtful) or people are just being quiet. Could you post a link to m_debug.txt? (or just inline it, who cares =)

(please don't forget to copy the file before you return to the config panel! =)

Well, thats odd.

The version that crashed when running MD twice was (supposedly) 0.99c off the winamp site, but the version off geisswerks.com (0.99c) doesn't have that problem. well, its fixed, i guess.

nope, nevermind. Same problem... i don't know why it ran twice that time and not another. Here's m_debug.txt again, 5k only so inline.
