It seems that whenever I run MilkDrop 0.99, when I quit it, the pointer on Winamp doesn't behave correctly. It jumps over some controls, and in general is about a centimetre higher than it should be. This even affects the Taskbar menu on the Winamp button. Any ideas what's going on?
