Playlist rotation editor (or plugin)

Hai,

when listening to songs from Winamp playlists, some songs get anoying after a couple of times when they are played to much. What I like to see in the playlist (or in a plugin), is that you can actually set some sort of frequency in which a particular song can be played, like 'Ultra High Rotation', 'High Rotation' and 'Medium Rotation' just like radiostations.

I have Wincue but that doesn't solve this 'problem'.
I hope someone is listening here... :confused:

yes, i too have been looking/waiting for something like this. my idea was to have the plugin create an index of all mp3s, and then check the mp3s off, and not replay songs until all songs have been played, and/or remember how much each song has been played, and play the least played songs first.

most of the time, i have all my 4000 mp3s just play randomly.. if im not in the mood for a song that comes up, i just click to the next song

Nah, but in that case I have to click very often when I'm not in the mood for trance or dutch songs.
If I do not like to hear a popular hitsingle that often, you can just set it in an sort of B-rotation so that you won't hear it 10 times an hour, but 2 times an hour (as an example).
