Ogg Vorbis v1.0 : WTF ?

what the hell is this ? only v1.0 RC1 decoder is available, NOT final v1.0; there is no updated encoder yet (the one from libvorbis RC1 is almost identical to old beta4).
but one thing is really pissing me off: the link below points to old crappy beta4-based plugin instead of new, much better, RC1-based my one (http://www.winamp.com/plugins/detail.jhtml?componentId=60647) (off-topic bitch: WHERE THE HELL IS MY PAYMENT ?).

Nullsoft has it's OWN Vorbis Plug-in !
PP was contracted for it !
And now you link an other (crappy) plug-in ...
