What I have always liked about distributing ZIP files is that I can tell the zip program to make the zips files date/time that of the newest file (and not the creation time). Even after downloading I or others can recreate the file time.
Recreation of times is probably not possible/easy but I can put out a message for that.
I would like an option which sets the created EXE time to that of the oldest file (this should be quite easy).
