Movements and superscopes got, the same examples a very longggg time, why arent that effects updated for something more recent ???
And simple Stuff like "Dinamic distance Modifier", "dinamic shift", and the recent "dinamic movement", dont have examples WHY ???????????

Don't know but there are lots of nice examples in the example presets you get in almost every version of Winamp (the "Ione", "Justin", and "Newpics" folders, i think.
