Choosing Songs on SHOUTcast

Can you choose songs on SHOUTcast radio? Or is it all random?

You won't be able to choose the song - it will be whatever song the owner of the radio station chooses.

Although i've heard somewhere that soutcast will be developed so that a listener will be able to access any song on the station's playlist.
