What is the Best Plug-in to take out Vocals?
Also is there one that can take out Drums?

You have to remember, MP3s are not tracked, all audio data is mashed together, you cannot just remove parts. Try AnalogX's Vocal Remover (http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/audio/vremover.htm). Remember most vocal removers suck, there is no drum remover that I know of.
