I have a soundcard with spdif/Toslink out. But when recording to MD i don't get gaps between the tracks and so i wanted to ask if there is any winamp plugin or recording software which lets you send commands via Toslink to your MD Recorder. I have a portable one if someone wants to know.

and by the way, to get the signal to my MD Recorder is not the problem, it works fine, but i don't get gaps between the songs when recording digitally. :/

i think i'm just not familiar enough with the workings of sending information to an md recorder digitally as opposed to analogously (is that the word???), so i guess maybe someone who knows what you're talking about would be more of a help.
