Currently we are runing a station that streams a 128kbps stream using shoutcast, we run the server and winamp on one system that is a very top quality computer with WinME. Recently, one of our listeners has complained that when he starts the stream, his winamp buffers to 100%, the music starts playing and then strangly the buffer drops down to maybe half and then starts climbing again, all while the music is still playing and so as a result, while it's doing this, the music he hears skips. He says that he tried restarting and then connecting again, and it seemed to be fine but then after around 2 hours the exact same thing happened. I was thinking that there's a chance this my be two separate problems, so if anyone could help out it'd be great!
