tiny glitches at top

Has anyone run into the problem of having tiny little pixels at the top of your monitor when running milkdrop? I just put in a new video card (savage 2000 64mb). The plugin worked fine with my old card but now has tiny little pixels of color at the top of the window when the plugin is running. Does anyone else have this problem and is there an answer???

Well I just went out and got a new motherboard and CPU (AMD 900 MHz). The motherboard supports 4x AGP video cards so I switched my card over and the problem has been solved. Whether it was the motherboard or the 4x setting I can't be sure, but everything is running smoothly now.
