Shoutcast DNAS & DSP installed... but how to stream???

Dear all, I've just downloaded and installed Shoutcast DSP Plugin and DNAS Server when I start Winamp or activate the plugin after configuring it to use localhost:8000 it gives an error "error connecting to server" If I start the server first, then start the plugin I get this:

On 512K cable modem.
