How do i make a website that gives real-time stats about my stream? [Archive]

I have a personal web server(Xitami for Win98) and the stream for Space Bay 5 up and running. I wish to know how to make a custom website that runs from my computer through my IP: 66.74.60.163 (my IP hasn't changed for months and I dont plan on it changing) that can give the stats about my stream: Current Song, Next Song, Last Song, How many listeners, Running Time, Listener Peak, and Listener time peak.

Any help will be of use...
