Opera 5 is... well the best internet browser i've ever used. it's REALLY fast! i love it! and it's perfect for these forums just for reasons that it loads the pages faster, and i can't select and highlight text like i could in IE (which looks better)

it's just a greeat browser!

I still say IE is the better browser. Has no problems displaying most sites.

I tired Opera a while back. It was cheap, I didn't like it. Maybe it's changed.

Also it has an MDI. I'm probably the only person that like having lots of ie's open at once :)

I've never used Opera, and I'm not gonna :D

I like IE. It loads fast and supports many standards.

Opera isn't free  IE is :)

Opera's free if you know where to get it ;)

I'd use it over IE if it had inline autocomplete and pw storage that both IE and Mozilla already have. Simply because the only reason I reboot every 2-3 weeks is when IE refuses to load. That's if I even bother leaving this beast on.
-= Netcaptor is a multi-windowed IE browser, it's free if you know where to find that too. Yay! =-

I use Opera exclusively for forums because I always open about 8 windows :)

It's a very good browser, and people who never used it before should try it. It's only about 3 megs.

Don't like Opera.
Matt isn't the only one who likes having lots of IEs open at once.

I would use Mozilla but it made me sick after using it a while. Sorta like that sickness I get when playing old FPS games like Doom or Wolfenstein on modern computers.

Opera is a great browser. No matter what anyone says, it's a great browser. But it has a few things to work on before it will become my steady browser.

My only beef with Opera is, when loading multiple pages at once (in all instences), most of the pages stop loading after a certain amount of time. Since I normally have 6-8 webpages up, that can become a HUGE problem.

If it wasnt for that single problem, I would would be a hardcore Opera user.

Overall, Opera is better then IE.

u know wut else i like alot about it?

the mouse thingy

u can right click, hold the right click button, move ur mouse in a direction to control Opera.

eg: hold ur right mouse button down, move mouse left, Opera is told to go back! it's awsome!

Only one problem: it's Über-bloated :(

All I can afford to have open is Opera and audioGnome, because of how Opera eats memory...

But everything else is great :)
