Running Shoutcast without Winamp???

I run my own server. I run winamp and Shoutcast on the same server to acomplish the stream for JoeDaBoss Radio. I want to just dump my files in a directory so I can still play the music over the internet, but don't have to have Winamp running all the time.

Can it be done?

How do you do it?
