Microsoft Accessibility 1.3 [Archive]

Hello. I was curious if WinAmp supports Microsoft Accessibility 1.3? You can read about it here (http://www.microsoft.com/enable). If it doesn't, I don't mind figuring out how to write a plug-in to support it, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't about to go and duplicate anyone's effort.
