How do I get my in_XXXX.dll ID3 tag information from a shoutcast bitstream

I want to access ID3 extended MP3 information with my in_XXXX.dll. For local MP3 files, I get the filename from Winamp, open the file and extract the data. How do I get the ID3 data to my in_XXXX.dll for a streamed MP3 through Shoutcast?
