How to get the shoutcast server list as text file

I need to get the server list, in text format to use it on a plug-in.

I know Winamp 3 gets this list from the url http://www.shoutcast.com/sbin/xmllister.phtml, but this is encripted or compressed, and I don't know how the get the servers from there.

Does anybody knows how to decode that file or where can I download a list (updated) of the servers?
