I am interested in proxying/caching the shoutcasts coming IN to my office. Are there any proxy servers that are known to support Shoutcasts?
It appears that the Winproxy 3.0 (and later) may support it, but only if you use their transparent-HTTP proxying. Anyone have experience with this?
Ideally, I could get a proxy server that maintains an internal web-page that shows all current Shoutcast streams. In-house users could check this web-page first and piggyback any existing shoutcast. Only after doing this check would they initiate a new "download". Is this possible?
