Why does the new DSP No Longer Supports 32Kbps 22,050 Stereo or 24Kbps 22,050 Stereo

I loved that Setting as People with 56k modems and Crap Speeds could Tune in to a Stereo Stream Plus the server could fit more users on it :mad: I want them back!

There is also no minimize button on the DSP plugin anymore. I have to minimize my whole winamp just to get the DSP plugin out of the way. Put the minimize button back!
