Hey, I was just wondering if anyone could post a URL to where I can download NetShow Tools... because the address I saw in a FAQ that lead to shoutcast.com did not have NetShow Tools.... and I've searched for about a half hour on the net and on microsoft's site specifically, and I cannot find any place to download it so if anyone can direct me to it I'd appreciate it please... thanks..

Are you sure you even need it?
NetShow Tools is only recommended if you don't have an MP3 Codec installed.
I wish they'd change this in the FAQ's, because it's very misleading.
Netshow Tools came with the old Windows Media Player v6 (Win9x)

If you have WMPv6.4 (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/mediaplayer/en/default.asp) installed, you already have an MP3 Codec
C:\Windows\System\L3CODECA.ACM

Should show up in Multimedia Control Panel -> Devices tab -> Audio Compression Codecs as:
Fraunhofer MPEG Layer3 Audio Codec (Advanced)

However, you're much better off getting hold of the Professional version (L3CODECP.ACM)
Normally, you have to purchase this, but there are other ways ;)
(Allows you to encode/broadcast in bitrates up to 320kbps, whereas the advanced one only supports 56k)
