I do not consider this a rip, the component you mention is a simple skinner generated skin that dosn't share any button/slider/closer details with yours. What it does share is a similar background image, all be it a lot smaller than yours, that can be readily found by searching the net for "khanda", I know, I just did and found a similar image dozens of times. I would submit yours to winamp.com if you haven't already, as it is superior in design and detail to the component you mentioned.

The picture used for the background is personal picture that I have created using TrueSpace. Therefore, since I did not grant anyone permission to use the picture, it is a violation of my sites copyright.
