OK, here's the matter: I was browsing through the recent skins and found this skinner skin: http://www.winamp.com/skins/detail.jhtml?componentId=75183

The eq bars are 100% the same like these of the Breedamp skin:

I think that someone liked them and wanted to have an "own" skin with them. Because: a 100% skinner skin with such a eq?!

Can you call it a rip (cause only eq ripped)? Shoud I report it as a rip?

I think that the author should be warned that his theft has been noticed, and that he should make his own bars ,then resubmit the skin and delete the one before. But I doubt he would do that, and please, Lithuanian beer!!! Someone has imagination :D.

ok, I'll report it...though I fear I'm biased coz it's not fair to do a 5s-skin and then simply to use these eq bars (and breedamp is not mentioned in the credits)
