I am confused:) ok ok ok...... would some one please explain what plug ins are? and how do i use them? thanx

plug-ins are stuff that plug-in to winamp and allows it to do more stuff. it may be play a diffrent format, output to some format, effect the music, make pretty visualizations, or somthing general. Yu download the plug-in run the EXE to install it and use it according to its type

Plugins are small applications that can be installed into winamp and can be used to enhance winamp in many ways.

They can be DSP/Effect Plugins, which can distort the music/ make it sound better,
Input plugins, which allow winamp to support different file types,
Output Plugins, which can be used for crossfading along with many other uses,
Visualization Plugins, which allow you to essentially see the music in the forum of moving shapes and whatnot,
and General Purpose plugins, which is mostly plugins like AlbumList, etc.
