There's a bug in the latest version when running in windowed mode. Things like borders seem to be calculated relative to the whole screen, rather than to the current window size.
For example, radius 0 is still in the center of the window, but the size of any other radius is the size it would be in fullscreen, and is not calculated relative to the window.
