Wa3 XML Document Type Definition

I've been searching for a while, couldn't find one... If we are supposed to be able to make skins, there should be a XML DTD for winamp 3 skining ??

That would make a lot of sense wouldn't it. I don't think there is one (publicly) available yet. Not exactly sure about that though.
