Hey!
I wanted to stream with the shoutcast plugin for winamp to a server, everything works fine (only some crashes sometimes) But when streaming 48Kbps mp3 (with fraunhoffer codec) the sound quality sucks after some minutes and a minute later it can be good again... I don't think it's my bandwith because it's not the stuttering you hear, nut some strange noise in the sound... Its just like you put a line out to a phone in for the one who knows how that sounds... I hope anyone can help me

I use: WIN2K prof on a P3 733 with 128MB Ram...
