Is it just me or is winamp 3............

Is it just me or is winamp 3 slower then what it yust to be????? what i mean by that is: When playing a file or deleting a file from the PL winamp seems to be slower to respond then Winamp 2.XX???? I've tried to check it out at my friends place and he's got like a top of the line computer on the market right now but it still seems a bit faster. Is it because i have the beta version and that the actual program isn't ready yet or is it my comp.

its definitely not ready yet. No HUGE optimization yet. Don't forget that winamp 2.xx has been perfectly tuned throughout many years. Thats why its so fast, small, etc etc.

Give it time, and within no time wa3 will be that way as well.
