I found a way to make screenshot of Milkdrop in desktop mode :). You have to use Hypersnap. Download it here (http://www.hyperionics.com/hsdx/index.html). It can make screenshot of (almost?) everything!
It may be handy when you got trouble with Milkdrop (like me, check the attachment :p).
