avs to avi

I tried to make a avi file from my avs presets...but without good results....does anyone knows how to make a good avi(or mpeg) from the avs presets
?

I tried snagit, but it didn't had good results....low framerate ect.::o

He must have a slow internet connection. AvsGrabber (http://www.acko.net/files/avsgrabber2.zip) should work better as it links directly with AVS to produce the output.
