I was working my way through the Game Winampskins when I stumbled upon this Elvis form Perfect Dark skin..... It really stood out from the rest..since I AM the ARTIST of that picture that is used. I've never been asked by the creator of the skin if he could use my drawing!
What can be done about this?!

if you are the author of a picture you will have to contact winamp admin or aol corporate and provide proof that you are indeed the author.

And besides
I'm Geonic who worked for www.perfectlydark.com as the artist
(check the site's staff section)
and right under the fan art section is my drawing as I drew an entire Perfect Dark comic for the site and as of now am making the sequel comic. so what kinda proof do I need?!

A rip is from one skin to another. Your complaint falls under copyright infringement, we don't handle those. AOL/Nullsoft handles those themself.
