help me please

i wanna make my own skin for winamp3 but there is 1 slight problem, well 2 problems, i have no idea were to start and i have no idea how or what u do to write the xml script

can someone help me please

btw.. wat files do i need to swap round to convert a winamp 2.xx skin to a wa3 skin... i know wa3 will suport wa2 skins in final but i wanna make mine into wa3 skins so i can edit "thinger" and the other things that wa3 has the wa2.xx hasnt
