Just drop this into your locales folder, start/stop winamp3, then choose "Locales"-->"Gangsta"

Ahhh yeah. A UI language that would make Eazy-E proud.

Anyone can feel free to redistribute with a "gangsta" skin. I assume with a skin, you can also indicate which locale to use. Am I wrong in assuming that?

For those interested in writing their own, it's pretty basic. The only thing you gotta remember is that it's case-sensitive. So when a new version comes out, it will need updating since some things aren't capitilized in this build that probably will be in future ones, i.e. "Playlist editor" will probably be "Playlist Editor" in the next release. Also, be sure to keep the shortcut keys in there and keep em standard, i.e. don't make the "x" key become "delete" instead of "play" :)

That's fine but some people don't like to download EXE files. Jarsonic, maybe you could do what lord_bron did... directly showing the locale. I dunno, just my opinion.

Me too. But everytime I give out something zipped they ask for an installer...and evertime I give something in installer-format they ask for it zipped.....you just can't win.
