He thinks it wasn't good, I think it was pure genius ... so with his permission I took what he had done and shaped a nice skin from his art.

Very handy, looks cool, and can be reduced to a size equal to the default wa2 and wa3 main window.

It'll be released as soon as b2 will go out... *whispering* and as soon as I find a place to put a seeker bar and a volume bar.

I'm tired I just can't write anything good, so let the screenshot speak of itself...

You know, I can honestly say I do like it. I think you need the crossfade/shuffle/repeat buttons and could you round off the left edge of the light gray rectangle surrounding the yellow buttons? Other than that, I really like it. Are the colors of the buttons going to be configurable by gamma? Because the yellow seems a little out of place, but maybe that's just me.

I agree, this is something i'd like to use. Not that its that good-looking but I like the idea with the playlist being in the main focus.

Ah, so you actually like my original all-in-one design? :) We actually had that up and running, quite long ago. But it was very frustrating to try to drag and drop between components. So we went with a skin system which allowed someone to still build that skin but still worked with multiple component windows.

It was pretty amusing to note Sonique2 came up with the same design... I wonder if they'll keep it.

I don't like it, I love it... and I guess I must like the all-in-one designs in general because I "ported" (for a lack of a better words:))the sonique2 ui too...

You know what brennan, we should be able to drag some stuff to a thinger icon... like dragging some songs from the media library to the playlist thinger icon would include them in the current playlist... hot stuff... and it would improve the fun of the all-in-one skins...

I can see that it's good for straight-forward/no-bull usage, but it doesn't have much graphical flair.

You will be able to use Thinger icons as drop targets. That's been planned since the beginning.
