Why cant I put in some colors like white? I am using MS Paint because I am a Poor bastard If you have something better that I can use Please give it to me. THX

Get the GIMP. It's an opensource high-end image editor. Like Photoshop, but free (and arguably not as good, but you're getting a LOT more than you paid for :) ).

The interface takes some getting used to but it creates transparent pngs, something that very few other free image editors can do, which are required by Winamp3 for skinning.

thx Ill get it I am working on my very first skin it isnt anything special but it looks cool I am aligning all of the pictures now
