Going to have to give us some details/
Define "won't run"?
Did you try re-installing the Server?

You realize Shoutcast is NOT made for dial-ups?

so:
I am sitting an a computer with the Network IP 192.168.0.2!
There is a Server which is connectet to the internet!
On this Server the Shoutcast Server Monitor is running!
When I am conntectet to this Program and start the music this happens:
*******************************************************************************

** Use "sc_serv filename.ini" to specify an ini file.

This is when I use the normal configuration file! I tryed many things like different ports destips ans so on but nothing helps me!
When I connect with another coputer in this network with the internet IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8000) Everything is all right! I can hear the music but when other people try to connect with the same IP they timed out! If the Server where the program is running is not connectet to the internet the last thing doesnt work (because i have no internet IP)
I need only a normal Configuration file for people which are connectet to the internet and are not using any Kind of FireWall!
PS: The Server is Running ICS but this shoud not matter because the Server Monitor is running on the computer which is directly connectet to the internet!

you must understand that not all ISP's allow streaming, it might be that your ISP has you behind a proxy, you wouldn't know this except by doing a reverse lookup on yourself through another site and seeing if the IP is different.

SHOUTcast doesn't fit every ISP for this reason. Very simple.

To bypass the proxy try setting the ypport option to 666. if that doesn't work, you aren't getting listed. SHOUTcast is working though and working correctly.

AGAIN:
Imagin you have A Computer with WINME and Shoutcast on it! Nothing else! You have a Direkt DSL Connection using DFÜ (No Proxy, No FireWall)
Only A Computer direktly connectet to the internet running shoutcast!
Then say me In what way I have to change the original Configuration file? Or Post it here!
PLEASE

if you just need the original INI file, go download the shoutcast server and reinstall.
