2Advanced Rip

Whilst not falling under the generally accepted definition of a "rip", that is, someone taking a skin, modifying it, then uploading it under their name, I came across someone other than myself taking credit (uploading under their name) for my 2Advanced skin. I do not believe that they have modified it in any way, and the readme.txt remains intact.
