Winamp locks up when I use the Pugin for a Bit WHY

That's good and all, but can you spare us some more details like system specs and what exactly happens?

Delete any third party plug-ins and completely un-install and re-install Winamp.

Well I use a Pentium III 733 with 384MB using Windows 2000 Server, Service Pack 2 It winamp just locks up and Closes by it's Self

Go through the above links. Completely un-install and re-install Winamp and Shoutcast.

Delete any other third party plug-ins.
