Pentagon to close down False News Department

Bowing to public pressure, the Pentagon will close down the new Office of Strategic Influence (http://www.msnbc.com/news/711387.asp), amongst concerns that it might be used to spread false news.

But... but... how do we know this is not fabricated by the Office of Strategic Influence?

Why would they publicize an initiative to spread false information and pro west agit-propaganda to being with?

I think it was done as a publicity stunt. A clever move.

The CIA will now take over and run false information with the islamic world only thinking its been closed down.
