can't add spinamp tunes to playlist

I'm new to winamp and either I'm incredibly stupid or something is wrong. I'm playing spinamp tunes using Taras plugin. No matter what button I hit in winamp I can't get a song added to the playlist. It just gets replaced in the playlist window by the next tune. I've searched to forums to no avail. Please help before I have a stroke!

If you want to listen to Spinner tunes, then you need to press the Play button in SpinAmp... not Winamp.
