Newbie question... variables

Hey there,
How are you guys doing? Just a coupla quick questions... (apologies if this has been answered a billion and one times already...) What are all the variables used in AVS..? The ones that I can think of off hand are x,y,d,r,v,i ...? Are there any more....? I've noticed people accessing alpha channel variables et.that are not mentioned in the pop up help windows...

question 2: How do you (properly) use the dynamic trans utils..?
question 2: and are there any decent tutorials on the web...?

first question: i do like this, i start out with a simple movement, and then i develop it, and then i use diffrent variables to make the movement dynamic
