I'm a big fan of Nsis 1.96.
IWBN (It would be nice) if Nsis would have different 'themes' or 'skins' for the ComponentText capability. Actually, I would prefer something much simpler/standard than the llamas(?) you use now. Simple check-boxes and radio-buttons would suffice. Did an earlier version use something like this? Is this possible now without rebuilding Nsis?
Your ComponentText is original/innovative and possibly baffling to a relatively inexperienced end-user. For my freeware app, my target audience is assumed to be relatively computer-illiterate. I'm avoiding ComponentText because of how much effort I perceive it would be to explain how to use it.
I suppose it is a reasonable assumption that WinAmp users are relatively computer literate. That is not the case in my situation.
Thanks!! for all your efforts, and making this available.
